Our Mission is to honor the legacy of Dr. Manuel T. Velasquez by providing sustainable financial support to underserved communities in the Philippines. We believe education is the key to social transformation and that NO child should be held back by poverty or circumstance.

Our Story: Founded by the Velasquez family in 2025, the foundation driven by purpose. For over 30 years, Dr. Manuel T. Velasquez was a physician, educator, and humanitarian at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C. He championed education as a pathway to dignity. Today, his life’s work lives on in every grant, every scholarship, and every empowered voice.
